Victor Pereda

Victor Pereda 


A serial entrepreneur at heart who has established several companies including a Real Estate and Loan firm in California which he turned into a nearshore operation in Guatemala. This proactive approach to business resulted in an innovative and profitable business model that has lead him to a successful career.

Co-founder and CEO of Nearsol, one of the most respected and sought-after BPO services company, which in a short period has become a leader in the industry in Central America, the Caribbean and Asia Pacific. His expanding expertise in BPO services has allowed him to develop projects in some of the most influential markets in the world.

A calculated risk-taker with deep industry knowledge, he has built a reputation for developing business strategies and managing a profitable business model.

His creative thinking has helped incubate new products into mature revenue-generating assets.

Victor’s greatest strengths are his creativity, passion, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. He has proven that you don’t need to build your company over many years to be successful.

Serves on several board of directors including Agexport and the Nearsol Foundation, he’s an active member of the community, leading and promoting projects for social awareness and progress.

Victor has held senior leadership roles in different companies over the last 12 years in the US, as well as, Latin America. Previous to that, he was part of the executive team of a US company where his leadership skills and strategic planning were key in making the company successful, leading to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Nearsol.

His vast experience in finance, strategic planning and entrepreneurship were utilized as he actively participated in forming new startups in The United States, Guatemala and the Philippines. He has co-led the development, growth and globalization of Nearsol.

In his role as CFO, he has a broad range of responsibilities for the overall finance activities within the corporate business including global accounting, corporate development and investment opportunities. His strategic guidance paired with his accurate forecasts had influenced the decisions made by the executive team that resulted in the profitable expansion of Nearsol.

He studied Strategic Planning, Finance and Business Administration at UCI Irvine, in California. He has received various awards for his merits and achievements throughout his professional career.

Violet Pereda

Director of Marketing

Her career includes management of a Real Estate company where she had key roles in Human Resources and Finance, as well as, four years as Editorial Manager at a successful California publishing company. These prior positions provide her with communications and marketing experience to her role as Marketing and Branding Director at Nearsol.

Her expertise in different aspects of marketing includes strategic planning, ideation and branding. Her industry knowledge and her academic focus has generated favorable media exposure and enhanced the image of Nearsol as a culture-shaping company for which it has been praised and awarded. As a Marketing Director, she oversees corporate branding, sponsorships, events, charitable activities, maintains editorial control on all marketing and public matters released on behalf of the company and manages programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

Violet’s interest in social advancement reflects in some of her projects such as Rolling with Nearsol and Nearsol Academy, both of these promote collective and individual progress to create a better future and improve the quality of life for people in Guatemala. Exposure of these social projects has contributed to profile Nearsol as a company devoted to the growth of individuals and society.

Brenda studied Psychology and Business Administration in California where she started her professional career. Her involvement in several areas of the customer service industry has provided her with important skills.

Her involvement in the customer service industry throughout her career where her keen ability to communicate and lead efficiently has given her the opportunity to hold important roles at the companies she has worked for.

In her role as Recruitment Director at Nearsol, she applies her strong sense of customer satisfaction in every decision she makes. Her deep understanding of the client needs gives her and her team the ability to deliver results that not only meet expectations but also exceed them.

Working well under pressure, Brenda is able to meet the strict deadlines given by clients. Her approach to acquiring quality applicants allows her to match personalities and talents placing them in a role that they will excel at and enjoy.

SVP of Business Development

He came to Nearsol with a 15-year background in the financial services sector.  Focusing the past 14-years in the outsourcing business (Voice, BPO and KPO working for SITEL, Zenta, and Tele-performance), Focused on efficiency and revenue maximization, Peter has gained a strong understanding of call centers, collections and operations management.

Peter earned his Masters of Business Administration from Boston College and Villanova University. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas. During the early stages of his career, Peter was an entrepreneur in financial services/credit lending sector and later sold his business when he decided to pursue opportunities working for a variety of Fortune 100 companies such as Fidelity Investments, JPM Chase, Citibank, and HSBC.

Steve has been in the BPO outsourcing business for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our Team. He has been engaged in all aspects of contact center creation and outsourcing around the world, working with Fortune 1000 companies globally in all industries. He brings a very proactive and innovative approach to our business that focuses on our clients, their brand, their strategic initiatives and objectives, and their business requirements.

He is super passionate about his desire to help companies achieve their Customer Experience goals and objectives and is focused on ensuring we deliver the service performance expected by our clients. He has 20+ years of US, nearshore, and offshore experience that includes business development, operations, implementation project management, workforce management, quality and performance management, and overall customer satisfaction.

Steve is responsible for helping new clients with their BPO call center services needs and exemplifying our company mantra – “Always Customer Service” – in everything we do. Prior to his BPO background, Steve was the Marketing Director for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and for the United States Olympic Committee, responsible for helping to raise the 2 billion dollars needed to host the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his professional career working for IBM and the IBM Credit Corporation in Sales and Financing after graduating with a Marketing Degree from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville.

An experienced Facilities Engineering Manager with more than 20 years of exposure in the following disciplines: Facilities Operations & Management, Project Management, Building Management, Energy Management, Environmental & Safety Management, Contractor Management & Compliance Permitting.

Dennis started from the ranks, has been a hands-on player, a multi-task technician dating back his first job in 1995. He has a solid 12 years of experience performing technical and practical tasks in facilities operation and maintenance and another 12 years in facilities and project management in the field of manufacturing, semiconductors and call center industries.

He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and completed a Facilities Management course, earning Professional Certificate from UP-National Engineering Center. He has also completed his Master in Business Administration (MBA) studies from Philippine Christian University.For more than 10 years of handling management level positions with all the new learnings acquired, including continued educational enhancement, he is always prepared to take a higher step in the career ladder and embrace bigger responsibilities in an organization that needs his service and expertise.

Jon has more than 15 years’ experience, the majority of which are in project based roles within large multinational conglomerates.

He was previously Product Specialist for Matrikon/Honeywell, one of the world’s largest solution providers for specialized technology for managing production, optimizing operations and monitoring assets at industrial plants, including oil and gas, refining, energy, power and mining companies.

Prior to this, Jon was a Systems Engineer of Industrial Control Software (ICS Ltd), during which time he installed, commissioned, expanded and trained people on Alarm Management and Data Analysis systems right across the globe and led up the project team for the biggest contract ever handled by ICS for their prestigious client, Kuwait National Petroleum Company.

Over twenty-five years of high-performance and multi-site Contact Center experience with combined expertise in client services, operational development, and overall business leadership. 

Starting at American Express in 1994 then moving into the BPO industry in 1999 was the beginning of the adventure.

Proven track record in analyzing existing operations, implementing strategies, process and technologies to increase performance, efficiency, and customers’ overall experience. Healthy collaboration with internal business partners to execute customer strategies and initiatives. Always up for a challenge from start-up operations, turning around client performance, working with large scale customers, and forming partnerships in different geographies.



Passionate and empathic towards the problems of underprivileged communities, Nearsol Foundation was created to bring about a wave of change among the people with limited resources through training and development. Established in different destinations around the world, we gathered insight into the need for robust philanthropic activities. Nearsol Foundation, a non-profit organization works diligently to help the population in dire need of massive humanitarian efforts become self-sufficient and to improve their life standards.
