Nearsol and Convergent inaugurated their new building and multi-country customer service operations. “We are very enthusiastic about this milestone in the company and the new growth commitment of our customer”, said Victor Pereda, CEO of NEARSOL. “We’re also proud to have broken our own record, as the new building was built up and ready to operate in only two months.”The call center currently serves clients in the USA and employs bilingual customer service agents and its capacity is 500+ workstations. According to Victor Pereda, 200 new jobs will be added to the country in the short term.
