A place where Customer Experience Leaders come together
Customer Contact Week, better known as CCW, is a place for end users and providers to connect, network, and share their experiences. Emerging technologies, processes and ideas are highlighted at this event. This year’s 2020 CCW was held in Nashville, Tennessee from the 23rd through 28th of January.(Date and place where the activity took place)
This event was heavily focused on omnichannel technology and innovation, analytics, information security, and of course how to improve the Customer Experience which is key to business success as well as identifying and adopting the right channels for communication to ensure satisfaction.
Wonderful opportunity to learn to great speakers like Kelley Kurtzman from Verizon who highlighted key factors to help empower agents to deliver a great Customer Experience. There were many great Think Tank Sessions and Fireside Chats with multiple speakers from companies like Verizon, Groupon, Lyft, Sun Basket, Warby Parker, T-Mobile, Web.com, Discover Financial Services, Johnson & Murphy, Microsoft, Vanderbilt University, Asurion, Freshly, Citizens Bank, and Dow Jones to mention a few.
Super excited about our team who had the opportunity to share, learn which factors most impact the CX, and network with people in our industry, they even enjoyed the music of Nick Hickman and Jake Dodd. We look forward to CCW 2021!
